From about 5 Am GMT (London Time), the bitfinex and bitstamp prices diverged. The bitfinex price has rose as high as 4% higher, and is currently at about a 1.4% premium.
Actually, Bitstamp went low due to a ton of market sells. If you look at Houbi and OKcoin prices you'll see Bitstamp is way off. You guys need to get your act together or we'll be forced to ignore you. =P
