Good catch. It did that just before it crashed to 6k. First it crashed to $8300, 4 hour RSI went below 30, then RSI went up and then went below 30 again when BTC crashed to $6000. Perhaps we'll see the same thing happen here? First bounce off $7000 and then the last crash to some number where the 4 hour RSI will go below 30 again?
