26th July afternoon breakout?

I strongly invite you to comment on this gentleman’s version of BTCUSD pennant which has not yet been breached like many others on this locality of charts these days. I depicted it on 4 different exchanges and all 4 unanimously show a 26th July afternoon breakout.
