We are getting close to "selling the news" and the price hasn't reached $1400 yet. Regardless, I'd "sell the news" by opening a short maybe over the weekend until it bounces back up. Chinese exchange withdrawals are open March.7 so I would close the short anytime after that day. Than price will hopefully make it's way back up to $1400 if it has not already.
