⋅ AFTER THIS PUMP UP TO MY TARGET IT WILL MOST LIKELY SWITCH UP AND DUMP DOWN DO LOWER RESISTANCES TEMPORARILY. BE CAREFUL OUT THERE ITS A COLD WORLD.
