@Jeff_Cryptopop, To me it looks like what happened then but under time compression. So what took then 1 year to resolve, this time it took 6 months. So that was a 3 year process, now would be a 1.5 year process in total. I'm guessing comparatively, we are equivalent to April 2015 in the above process.
