@qdoc, The CME and CBOE listing may take BTC above 12k, some are saying even to 17k. If it happens then it will be a very interesting thing to see. I am more focused on BCH now. Coinbase will list BCH on 1st January. They have already announced that all customers who were holding BTC at the time of BCH fork will get their free BCH. I expect BCH to go beyond 3k this time. 3.5-4.5k is entirely possible. BCH/BTC up to 0.7

@qdoc, BTC is the king no doubt, but I feel very uncomfortable trading with it. It can be used as a guideline or a beacon whilst trading other coins, but trading BTC can lead to huge losses at this price point. The swings are becoming massive now. 1-2k dollar swings are now becoming normal.

@qdoc, i am not sure what is going on. since 12th Nov, every coin has gone up. dash, eth, ltc, monero, iota, neo, ETC.... i am struggling to find any proper coin which has not gone up. BCH has gone up from 851 to 1400 range at least after a spike to 1777. This usually precedes a mind boggling crash. what do you think?

@qdoc, my basic thesis would be everything goes down because btc goes up but then bch, btg and the ethers rise. Not sure of timeframe though. If something doesn't happen this week then I may have to rethink but really I can't see that btc is going to have another year like this next year. Who knows though!!!
