To validate the target of 17.200 on 3 / 4 March, Bitcoin must rebound around this zone otherwise we will go to 9000 and this scenario will not be happen.
I have no idea on your method, but i'd say your latter statement is true. It will not happen (yet). We will hit 9 first, but that doesn't invalidate a trip to 17.2.

@STEVE.elliott, For me 60% of chance to rebound on this level. I know many traders think BTC now will go to 9000, but I prefer to listen to my feelings. We will see ;-)
