Looks to me the supposed death cross is not even crossing, it's beginning to reverse.

Despite popular belief, the death crosses are ONLY valid if both 50 and 200 are trending down. If any of these is trending up, according to TA the cross is considered null and void. Same applies to golden cross too, but the other way around.
