Would have expected some real capitulation by now but HODL-gang is still alive. So I assume real capitulation will start when we dip below 2013 ATH of around 1100. CT all saying this is a really bad place to short so doing the opposite might be a good idea.
We are not even in the Despair phase of the Dow theory.
