To me it looks like the RSI refreshed and the daily trend is unbroken. I'd say it goes up if 35K becomes support, which looks like it's happening. Otherwise the 28K is the support for a head & shoulders which, if broken, will take BTC down to 20K. A long sounds reasonable, will see!
