If you stretch the chart a bit, you can see what could arguably be a bull flag and the measured move would be around mid 15k. Watch RSI for strength and continuation as it looks to be breaking out. Obviously, this is highly speculative and not trading advice.

There is one more resistance in both rsi and market
10k(9950 confirm as support needed)
And last resistance in rsi needs to confirm as new support
But with all these things ...
10500 is really possible now ...
