Bitmex was made to artificially surpress the bitcoin price, with naked shorting. Naked shorting is selling bitcoins without actually buying bitcoins. On top of that Bitmex has many sketchy future options and the worst altcoin trading pairs possible. You cant trade alts vs BTC. that is beyond risky.
In 2018 there was a small glitch on bitmex it went offline for an hour and the bitcoin price went up 50 % immediatly. When Bitmex came back online the price was destroyed again and BTC lost all gains. It is clearly bitmex who holds the BTC price down.
Bitmex has caused the dump of 2018 and propelled bitcoin in a 1.5 year bearmarket untill now. Crypto veterans have worked hard to slow down this exchange. And finally our efforts are fruitful. Bitmex is being destroyed by the American government and all investors are pulling out their money.
The big bears of crypto were ofcourse the banks in America and they needed bitmex to naked short, now that option will be gone soon and btc can continue its road to 30k.
Bitmex lost over 73 million dollars worth of bitcoin today. And this trend will surely continue. And i call every crypto investor to get your money away from that exchange asap. And bring it to good exchanges like huobi and okex. They have far better altcoin margin trading options and the trade is real
You honestly think it could keep up like that more. Way to far of a slope up IMO

see its moving up, we will nibble the 11k resistance for now, and i think it may take a week to break it, meanwhile btc will show some boring sideway action and some alts will recover more, like eos.
