There is a 2 rising wedges. First wedge broken and its target has reached but there is a one more wedge and bulls are trying to defend.

We are saying this triangle is a Wedge because we are in crypto space and 3 weeks can be too long(Wedges need to be at least 3 weeks) but still technically this is pennant and it can drop way lower.
