"Chance" for Upward Pressure Approaches but NOT Significant Move

We do see the "chance" for an upward move approaching in the near future. Will that upward move be a significant move? The indicators in the 4-Day and Weekly do not think so. Meaning, I do not see us continuing up to test $6,000. If we do go up, I see us only testing Resistance once again at the $4,000 price level. We may reach or go near the $4,000 price level by March 6, 2019 before we see a reversal to downward pressure. At which time we will continue down to Test Support and potentially establish what price point the Upper Boundary of our Support RANGE will be.

Not a good sign currently with most of the AltCoin/BTC pairs slowly dumping for BTC.
