Looking at Nov 2017 through Dec 2018 we can easily see we have seen crazier things happen than what you're suggesting so your proposal can't be ruled out 100%. That said, I have to say of course I really doubt it would ever go back down to the 3K range. I'm seriously hoping it does though! I'm really hoping... No, actually I'm using the force.
