Totally... all the fuss with institutional investors getting bucketloads of BTC is foaming the FOMO. It sounds like a great time for whales and miners to sell at a steady pace and high prices, and if there is another 20% drop people will freak out and cascade-sell.
The irony is that I think this, and maybe in 1 month time I'll be thinking oh man, not 65K, I should have got some of it!
