If we take a look at the 4H chart we can see bitcoin's price has entered a range and produced a double bottom while also establishing local support at around the 7150 level. If we also look at the MACD we can see the fast moving average crossing over the slow moving average from the bottom up which is a bullish signal. RSI also looking good at around 50. Also Bitfinex longs are at an ATH! I would enter a long here with targets 7400-7450.
