In fact it should be a little higher because of the slope, like 210-220. The rules for an inverse shoulder-head-shoulder is that the target is measured vertically from the bottom of the head trhough the neckline, it is then projected above the neckline [usually on the right shoulder (so it should go higher), but i am being conservative]. BTW this is very fictional as the right shoulder hasn't been drawn yet.
