Is this why my Reputation remains below 20? Any correlation here?

Scandalous.

Seriously, as a new user, I cannot do anything but post ideas? I cannot do anything else specifically (besides paying) to gain reputation? I've read the material online by tradingview but it was vague and didn't provide any specific examples on how to get from zero to twenty.

ANy help?
