It looks like wave 1 just completed. This will allow me to look for probable wave 3 targets on the down side. While the oscillators and RSI say things could move back up, having a look at the daily time frame pretty much says were headed to the downside.

Revised the Chart as I realize the (1) wave were in hasn't completed subwave 5.
Target is way too low. Being an Elliot wave person, you can see we're at the very beginning of a Grand Super Cycle. 26-27,000 should be bottom before facing another pullback at 60k, 138k, then finally 219k to end it if it doesn't extend.
