With it drawn as a triangle it is not a bear flag as those mostly have an rising channel, and its not a symmetrical triangle because it has a pole. This would be a bearish pennant. I would recommend charting with volume to further assist in pattern identification. Thou if it does break to the down side I would expect it not to go lower then 10.k as that has proven itself as strong support area.
