You will have to wait until Summer but it will be here soon enough. Heavy capitulation will happen when the Halvening produces results not meeting expectations by mid April. When it goes below 3k start buying in down to $1200
I think if it goes down to 1200 it will not recover

@Ralferator, Though I think it is possible for Bitcoin to drop very low, I know it is alway possible for it to recover. Bitcoin is permanently embedded into our existence now.
