On weekly timeframe BTC still bullish on LTF now might retest somewhere around 25k - 28.5k and RSI still looking good on retest neckline if according to the plan BTC should go 38k.
If the daily time frame turns bearish, it will likely distort the higher time frame. In my opinion, the inability of the RSI to break above 70 points (on the weekly chart) is a little bit worrisome, as such failures are often associated with bear market rally peaks.
