Thanks - I connected the highs / lows from each correction (I recognise that that might be dubious but its probably as good as we have right now)

Thanks for your reply. User `rpietila' (bitcointalk.org) has come up with a trendline based on weekly volume weighted averages, going back as far as the existence of exchanges for bitcoin. I thought you incorporated something like this. One critic of his work mentioned that it should be re-fitted at some point. This was the reason for my question.
