Looking a this graph BTC is inside a channel coming down along the top of the triangle.
BTC cannot hit 9533 unless BTC breaks out of the channel( the red lines) .
Therefore if BTC does not break out of the channel towards 9533, then BTC will only hit 8626 then drop to 8137 and then move lower
