BTC: Both Moves Are Possible

After the problem that Binance is creating on the crypto market again we can see that
BTC is not showing any clear direction.

I guess the market is still in panic despite the fact that this is not the first time that Binance
is having problems with SEC

The current market hesitation is showing that BTC can do both moves in this low-volume market.

We have to see only the price breakout.
