The right shoulder can top between $39,800 (lower left shoulder peak) and $40,300 (lower head peak). So it's an area, not a line.

Nice! Hope it doesn't play out and we're wrong, but hard not to ignore the pattern here! Nice call! Also bearish rsi Div. on the 12 hr, blus bearish macd on the 4 hr, etc, seems to confirm the possibility as well...
