BITCOIN- Time to Buy at 40 or are we going Lower?? Long

Do we buy at 40,000 psychological level (Big round numbers have that effect) or is the price going lower towards the 30k mark??

Personally I am buying this dip, already did.

@JeanPath, Yes.. BTC did hit 30k indeed. Now i also believe there is 60% chance BTC will hit 25 or 20k.
