ETH TOP 7TH FEBRUARY AND ALTS TOP 28TH FEBRUARY (COMPLETE)

Bitcoin / TetherUSBinance

Description

Here's an idea I had, it's all speculation but there could be some truth to it. Let me know what you think

2017 - 2018 BULL RUN

- BTC CME FUTURES open on the 18th December 2017
- BTC tops around $20,000 on the 17th December 2017
- Alts then dump for a few days after around -40%
- Alts then rise even harder from around 24th December 2017 to January 9th 2018 before topping

2020 - 2021 BULL RUN

- ETH CME FUTURES open on the 8th February 2021
Predictions:
- ETH tops around the 7th February 2021
- Other Alts then dump for a few days around -40%
- Other alts then rise even harder from around 14th February 2021 to 28th February 2021

I like the logic - not a bad idea to keep an eye on the charts on the 8th Feb to see if this starts to play out.....

@jonathanwoodward thanks! I’ll definitely be taking some heat off around that time. The markets have been nuts and I’m seeing a lot of euphoria

I was looking at some dates the other day and got a very similar comparison. We can see that there was a tease run in Jun 2017 followed by a lag then an explosive run. This also happened this year in Aug and if we are to top out around the same time interval we are looking at 1st March.

@miloceleste.w I’m looking at about the same mate. Seeing some chop here around ETH ATH which is normal, probably retrace then test it again soon. BTC hit 16k after the first ATH tests before smashing through it

Crypto players are now much more mature than for the first time.
You can check some last -30% dumps to top alts which simulates a big dump and you will have your answer ;)
However good try interesting comparison of the history ;)

Btc has broken its cycle though this year - before in previous years we seen a 40% drop from the ATH which is 24k. This year could see some break in the patterns with products that are been released with mainstream functionality and use cases. Will be interesting to see what happens with a lot of product launches that are in feb and march. May be august before its time to start pulling away from the market IMO.

literally the dumbest comparison
