I considered whether you might be onto something here, and then I looked at all of your previous predictions and discovered that you are almost always wrong. This is helpful. If you were only wrong 50% of the time, it's no better than a coin toss, but you being wrong 99.9% of the time is as useful as following someone who is right 99.9% of the time, and that's almost impossible to find! Your amazing talent for always being wrong is extremely valuable, since all I have to do is the opposite of what you say. Thank you...I will keep following! LOL. All kidding aside, 40k-42K does seem possible in the near term, but definitely not guaranteed. Lower seems highly unlikely, baring some majorly destructive external factor like radical surprise regulation.
