The most recent "D" signal means dominating and ends the 4hr downtrend of Bitcoin for the previous submissive signal ("S").
Expect a longer lasting uptrend for Bitcoin until it gets back to being submissive. How long it will last? No one knows, but these signals clearly tell about the expected trend.
You can add the dominance indicator to any of your charts, not just Bitcoin to see how your asset performs while Bitcoin is dominating (click on "Add to favorite scripts" and in "Indicators" pick it from your favs):
