BTC up against key resistance...

Long

In 2-4 hours we should know the result of this boxing match.
Im guessing a win here for BTC might even excite the bulls enough to push up towards 12k, before possibly retesting that 11k zone and deciding if its now happy with the 11-12k trading zone.
Failure to break this resistance level may deflate the bulls, and give the bears a chance to drag it back down to the trend line and old resistance levels.
Watch carefully...

BTC seems happy with its new trading range...
We may see it retest the lower 1100's before it tries again to break the 12k barrier.
If it does make it all the way back down to 11k, that will be an important bounce and a nice accumulation zone, assuming the bears dont drag it through that support layer back into the old 10k trading range.
EMA, MacD and RSI seem to favor the blue arrows, but that can change.
Global adoption appears to be on the rise, and some good volume will support the bulls as they gather steam for another run...

Bears pounced on that bounce! and ram the price down into the old trading zone.

BTC will now find support at 100MA and 200MA, as well as bottom bollinger, and Ichimoku...
RSI and Stoch think the bear run is coming to an end, volume seems to support that.
With any luck those bulls will be lapping up this cheap BTC and, and we can get back to work on finding a way to test that 12k resistance level.
Sadly, if the above mentioned support does not hold, we could see BTC break down through yet another trading zone...
Probably best to wait for the bounce before buying back in...
Proceed with caution

MacD beginning to turn...
RSI avg very low...
Stoch ready to oscillate upwards...
Bear volume dropping...
TA says BTC is about to gain 10% ?
Media & FUD could still drag price down to 10.2K, wait for the bounce...

Massive invalidation by that big red candle smashing through the lower support...
Its anyone's guess what happened.

2 things to think about, 8300 support below, 9000 resistance above.
My guess is we will test the 9000 resistance line, if successful we could see a mini bull run back up to 10000.
If not, that 8300 support is going to come under heavy fire from the bears...

The next 8-12hrs will tell us all we need to know...

BTC needs to hit the 38.2 retracement to end this bear trend,
however theres the huge 9400 resistance line blocking the retracement.
Failure to break resistance would keep us short of the FIB retracement and invigorate the bears.
We'll retest 8900 and possibly break down to 8400 again.
Some might say that is the true double bottom we are looking for..?

A break of the 38.2 Fib in the next 8 hrs will be a good signal to enter.
Sadly, 8hrs from now is bloody Sunday, which is not good news for BTC

BTC Failed to break 9400, and as predicted, fell back to 8400 to double bounced in classic BTC style.
It has met huge resistance at the 38.2 FIB level.
There is also a small bullish pennant forming.
If price action can break the pennant and 38.2 resistance, we should see it climb easily over 10,000 and meet resistance at 10500.
A failure to break this current resistance, will see us retesting the lower trend line, and less likely, but maybe even the 8400 support again.

I would assume a close above this 38.2 level will be taken as a bullish sign, and an opportunity to enter for a short bull run up to 10500...

Re-testing short term support...
Profit takers are done, this is good accumulation zone for bullish bulls.
Consolidating on 50 EMA, middle bollinger, Ichi are all at 8500 resistance...
TA supports short run at 9000, a close above could leave 9400 in BTC's sights...
Failure to break resistance could see BTC retesting lower trend line, and a potential break down to 8200 major resistance level and confirm continued 2018 bearish market...
A break through the 9400 resistance and descending trend line would be very good news... and the end to this bearish market...
