1) Shoulder-Head-Shoulder (12-06 to 12-30)
2) RSI possibly beginning to give divergence (12-21 and 12-30), remembering that in poloniex the candle on the 30th was closer to the 21st day than most exchanges, if you look at Bitstamp for example the distance between the falls of about $ 1000 and the RSI already shows divergence.
I still believe in a drop down to 7k or 6.5k.
Seeing this scenario, do you believe more strongly in the fall, or do you still believe in high?
The breakup of the Downtrend Line as a reversal, but that buyzone at 10k shortly after the broken neckline, I no longer believe this is a good one.

@nvieira, hard to say it drops that far. The base is at 8000, not 6500. I think bulls defend at 10,800. If that fails, then next support zone is 8000. You see that flat base at 8000? there is support there.
