The TD indicator flips after a 9 count and resets the candle counter ( in this case the 4 hour candle) . This usually coincides with a candle direction change . This candle count will end in 2 hours and 45 minutes then BTC will make its move. A 9 candle color flip from a red to a green means up - but the MACD in this case looks like BTC may drop lower .

If BTC breaks past the bottom of the triangle it will drop to the 96xx area if 96xx fails it will drop to 86xx before resuming its climb upwards.

BTC refuses to drop down and the bulls and bears are continuing to to fight it out . Let us pray this indecision does not continue for two more days,
