1) The MAJOR factor was the OBSERVED TREND of Falling bitcoin. This process is observed, Analyzed and documented in may 20+ analyses here, and also FUNDAMENTAL analysis which is Not mentioned. But The observed MAJOR TREND of FALLING bitcoin is shown in my 20+ posts here, freely available for you to see and read.
2) The second factor - IS THE TRIGGER TO ENTER the trade. In this particular case - YES THE TRIGGER WAS EXACTLY AS WRITTEN HERE : HERE I MENTION TWO THINGS (and not only the Shooting-star candle, as you say) - It is clearly shown that existence of strong RESISTANCE LEVEL is important, THE REJECTION - when the price tried to go Above the RESIISTANCE , is Important as well. AND the way that Rejection has happenned - BY a shooting Star candle is the THIRD thing shown directly here. In the reply below I show how the analysis of trend is made by Me.
