Accumulate or buy on the lows, for profit taking on these peaks, until the RSI returns to a Bullish trend in the coming months. Are you saying you think it's bounced off the 60 retracement, and on the road to recovery? Or will it need to first kiss the 75 and that's a good time for the RSI to start heading upwards?
