My bias is bearish too but after negative div on tops we've got hidden bull div on bottoms. And looking at cycles on rsi (top to top) we _could_ assume a tripple top.

certainly It would be bearish but after finishing right shoulder. It is not a double top . It would be a beautiful H&S Pattern.
