Ok - so be kind as I'm getting my head around how to look at charts and am trying to teach myself how to look for resistance .. I'm looking at it and seeing a resistance up at 9800 - probably in the next 24 hours - am watching the 4 hour chart for a more long term look at it at the moment.. once i start to get this right i'm going to look for trend lines - is that the correct order to try and learn? any help is greatly appreciated...
You are correct. Draw trend lines over the 2 tops. If btc breaks above the line, that's bullish of course, and even moreso if it breaks the previous high, forming a new high. However, you always need to look for volume confirmations on breakouts to decrease the likelihood of getting rekkted .
