My strategy is wait for .01 or a significant show of support on a monthly chart before buying. Market is unbalanced with liquidation and if these two price levels shown on the chart do not hold. The market price will be in freefall until someone starts buying it up.
It is always a good strategy to not buy debt unless positive results are forthcoming
