I think coming week will be very interesting for Burjeel as its at a important area of support and right at the apex of the triangle. I am expecting a breakout to the upside. Lets see how it performs coming week.
Very First Half itself , paying Dividend and massive expansion in Saudi market very positive. Almost monopoly now in Abu Dhabi after debacle of a previous major player. Track is clear. Big Investor in IPO , also endorse this. May be 6-8!, in six month as repeating happens and PE multiple improves.

@muhammadktk, why not 1 fils, when you decide , decide as per your capacity to pay, which you can pay and expect, you can not pay more than 1 fils.. Right Market Price will be explored by Exchange market trades and wait for few months.
