Hello have a potential short coming up on cadchf . Looking to short from the top of the descending channel where we also have a possible hormnic pattern completion.. Need to fulfill a number of things before a short can be considered which are mentioned on the charts below If the price breaks the flat ABC and breaks the C leg of the harmonic pattern then the pattern will be invalid This is the kind of formation we are expecting. If it doesn't fulfill all of our pre-requisites we shall not enter. Also need to keep the bigger structure in mind. Target is bottom of the channel which is also a 1.27 extension of the harmonic pattern.
