We are expecting CADUSD correction. We assume that before a big increase, a major correction will start in the exchange rate. If our strategy is correct, this level would turn around at a level close to 0.7964. The correction will take several days to reach 0.7535 levels. If the exchange rate rises with a strong momentum, that strategy is dropped.
@JoeMatkinFX, Thank you for your comment. The situation is not clear yet. While waiting for the euro weakening on the EURUSD side, it is imperative that the CADUSD exchange be on the line marked on the drawing.
