CAT is in a longer term bullish uptrend. We are watching CAT for one of two scenarios. Either a channel breakout with confirmation at 95 or a pullback on the stochastics with a ideal entry below 90. With a slight bias towards the 1st scenario.

After hours CAT is trading just above my ideal entry target of $88.5. Should be a great opportunity to get in this best of breed stock. It will no doubt be a drag on the overall market but I would not be surprised to see CAT finish the day at or above $91. I will be taking a 1/2 position either pre market or at the open.
