I worked for this company and they have a lucrative contract for the HVAC control systems in all Amazon facilities. Their building control systems division is a big earner and they have a diverse portfolio. Its more of a fund than a corporation and the SEC broke the company into multiple stocks so the CBRE ticker is really just a fraction of what the actual CBRE empire represents. I'm sure money is funneling between the slices ensuring their mascot ticker only goes up. It took a small dive during the pandemic crash and now it's at all time highs. They're a commercial real estate company so that says a lot about the resiliency and or cunning manipulation of assets so I'm confident going long.
