PT Communication Cable Systems Indonesia Tbk (CCSI) will take corporate action this year. CCSI plans to increase its issued and paid-up capital by providing Pre-emptive Rights (HMETD) aka rights issue.
In this rights issue, CCSI will issue a maximum of 170 million shares or 17% of the company's paid-up capital at the general meeting of shareholders (RUPS). In his statement, CCSI management said that the shares issued by the cable producer issuer registered shares with a nominal value of Rp 100.
