@TrilogyAnalysis, A quick note for you. Notice how the day that I published this the RSI was making new highs but the price action had not yet made new highs???------> when this occurs is is very likely that price action will soon make a new high. As it did here... the next day.

@gumbtg, It is difficult to tell, I may be able to measure about a 1.0 difference in the RSI from the last relative historical high in comparison to price action, I will keep this in mind. One thing I can never have enough discipline in, is paying attention to finite detail.
