@Harvey, Maybe. Or maybe I would just stay away from this stock and many other energy stocks. Same with the bonds. There are many things that are visibly going up. I do see the rationale of buying low for long term holding though. Victor Sperandeo in his famous book "Trader Vic" said never buy below 200 ma and never short above 200 ma. I'm not sure I agree 100% either.

@Sailing4fun, I think long term it's OK as long as above $3.50. My stock ideas are long term. If it drops below that I would stay away for a long time.
