Could it be that simple? Bottom 36.75 (ish) ? The left shoulder formation is kind of squared off, and this one - right shoulder - looks like it is forming much the same way.

Actually, the right shoulder may not complete. History check, last bottom it also did not complete. And with the FED move yesterday, they are forcing dollar value down, not sure OIL can sustain lower, even with over supply and less demand with the dollar fighting it to go the other way. They NEED INFLATION, AND THEY NEED IT NOW, and if they have anything else in their bag of tricks to spark it they will, which all fights against oil lower.
