Hmmm,.. Looking back now at '08-'09, it took oil about 3-4 months to base. If we duplicate this holding pattern to April-May, it will give time for the equity markets to catch up to oil.

Probably all of that is already factored in the price..
But very interesting last few candles and volume on the USO chart, and I especially like the one on Friday. Definitely something going on:
